Important: Your Order Confirmation Email
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately email@example.com. Please note that changes cannot be made once your order is shipped. Please check the shipping address carefully.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.
Aussie Bubs product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
If a product is not currently available and you would like to order it, please contact us for an estimated date for re-stocking, we will do our absolute best to get products which are on backorder to you as quickly as possible.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Aussie Bubs reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Product costs as shown on this website do not include freight costs. Delivery within Australia is charged at Australia Post rates for standard mail or express post depending on your choice at checkout.
Please provide accurate address details when placing an order. If you have provided the incorrect delivery address, we will need to charge you for the postage for the second delivery processed for those products.
Express post cut off times for same day postage is 12pm otherwise your items will be shipped next day via express post.
Courier shipping is available but only to physical address. Unfortuntely this service is not available for PO Box address and International orders.
Please note that FREE SHIPPING does not include countries outside of Australia and is only valid for the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
All items are checked for any visual damage before shipping and packed with care. Aussie Bubs cannot accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to goods by 3rd party handlers. Compensation claims through Australia Post can be made through here - https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/missing-mail-items/compensation
We do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible but from there on it is out of our hands and control unfortunately.
PayPal: we use PayPal for processing payments
Credit Card: This is processed through the PayPal payment gateway. Credit card orders can also be taken over the phone.
Other: we are also happy accept Direct Bank Deposit however when paying by this method, goods can only be dispatched when deposits/cheques/money orders have cleared to Aussie Bubs.
Note: Unpaid Orders - Items are returned to stock when payments or payment arrangements are not received within 7 days

PLEASE NOTE THAT FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
At Aussie Bubs we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied - please contact us at email@example.com and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with the policies below.
Refunds - refunds will only be issued within 30 days and only where the goods are shown to be faulty. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE sending the parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment after inspection of the goods. All returns made without authorisation will not be honoured.
Exchanges - we will happily exchange your product for goods to the same value minus delivery charges, provided they are returned to us in the original condition within 30 days of original purchase. You may exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper item. There will be a delivery charge on the exchange unless we made a mistake with your order. To arrange an exchange, please contact us first at email@example.com. Please note, sale items can only be exchanged within 7 days.

We recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery or another means of tracked delivery system. Aussie Bubs cannot accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to goods until they are received by us.
Cancellations - To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
Please note that this policy in no way replaces or limits your statutory rights.
